Web Interface SmartConference offers a complete set of online management tools for your Conference Calling number; change your PIN, schedule your conference calls, chat online with our service reps, and more! Always-On Conferencing With SmartConference, you never have to worry about whether your Conference Calling number is available; it's always on! You can hold up to 5 on-the-fly conference calls at the same time, with up to 25 participants! Scheduled Conference Calling If you'd like, you can always set up a pre-scheduled conference as well, using our online web interface. You can set them up to a year in advance, with up to 100 participants. You can even hold up to 30 simultaneously! Conference Calling Duration "Scheduled" Conferences can be up to 8 hours in duration while "Always-on" Conferences are pre-set for a duration of 4 hours. Early Arrival Your participants can arrive up to 10 minutes before the start of the conference.
